I signed the paperwork a couple days ago to buy a property sub2. I will be giving the owner $1500 at closing. She says she does not have the money to move her stuff right now though, and wants to move it after closing how should I handle this? Should I hire the people to move her stuff and have them there the day of closing, and take it out of the amount I was going to pay her at closing?
