I was a Hibernia National commercial lending customer for several years before they were acquired by C-1. My relationship has 99% to do with the banker, and very little to do with the bank.
I get commercial 15-year loans secured by multiple residential investment properties. just closed one last week. current terms are 7.25%. 15 yr am. 5 yr balloon. they don’t require title insurance, and will accept an atty review (saves about half the expense). no appraisals if assessed values work for you. no points. no PPP. to ge these terms, you need to have excellent credit and solid financials.
