Joseph,

There is not a book written, that can give you more information than what you are experiencing right there under your nose,
“Deals in the making”.

My suggestion is for you to keep your eyes and ears open, and find the most knowledgeable individual in the company, and pick their brains.Since you’re new in the business, I would suggest that you go to the “How-To Articles” of this site and copy the article,
“Glossary Of Common Terms Used In Loans And Lending” By Ed Wachsman. This will quickly familiarize you with terms that you need to learn. It also will make what you’re learning more meaningful, and allow you to learn quicker.

I wish you well in your new occupation,

Ed Garcia

I am two weeks old in the mortgage broker field, and with the offife staying quite busy with business as it is I have been passed over in the training department. What is some good advice for the beginner, or some good reference material to read.
