I have Dave Del Dotto course & Tyler Hicks
Books. Does Carleton Sheets new course
have anything I don’t already have? Also I live in Lansing, Mich. Will these
courses work up here?

I was givin the Deldotto course a couple of years ago and it left me with alot of unanswered questions, or maybe i was just to dense. In anycase, I bought the CS
program and it has alot of good information, and more of a step by step howto for beginners. I will just say
that I am glad I bought it…
hope that helps.

I’m not sure about the courses you just mentioned, but I can say from experience that CS is a goog course it gives you a lot of usable info and legal forms. However it depends on what your looking for. Carlton Sheets tends to focus more on investing to keep for rental. That’s not really what I wanted. I wanted more flipping deals so therefor I think Ron Legrands course would be better for me. I have read a book by him called Fast Cash with quick turn real estate. It was a great book and gave me a different out look on RE investing.
Hope this helps!
