I am 100 pages into Carleton’s new book. It does promote his course quite a bit, and it does sound a lot like his infomercial. But it also has some practical advice and is very motivational.
All in all I’d have to say that it is worth the $14.

I recently heard of a new book by Carleton Sheets, titled: Real Estate: The World’s Greatest Wealth Builder. I saw it listed at amazon.com for just $13.56. Does anyone know if it’s any good? The only review at amazon gave it 5 stars (the best review possible).
There was also a review, I beleive by “booklist” that said it was basically the same as his infomercial.
