Has anyone actually used either of their strategies to buy homes CHEAP and create CASH FLOW?

Dean,
You may want to check out NewsGroup II for more info on course authors etc.
That is the purpose for that group.
But, as long as you are here, I’ll give your questions a shot.
I have studied many different authors courses.
I have found that the basic ideas they all offer are the same. Where they differ is how and when to implement them and the marketing they do to get sellers to call them.
I have CS course, and frankly used it as the foundation for later reading.
It gave me a clear understanding of the basics, which led me to seek out other info.
That is when I started buying properties.
I have yet to use a CS contract on a deal, I have others that I like better.
But, again, the basic concepts that I have used to buy homes are covered in both those authors material.
My advice is to go ahead and get these boks/courses if that is what you are seeking.
But, do not stop there.
Build a library of REI books/courses.
It will prover to be of great value to you.
I have a shelf in my office closet where I keep all the books/courses I have aquired over time.
I refer back to that stuff on ocassion and will continue to do so.
Your BEST source of info and learning is right here on CRE.
Absorb all that you can by reading the posts, the articles and whatever else is here.
Then go apply it and buy some properties.

Good luck to you and Happy Easter,
Jim IL

That was a very considerate reply to a question that more appropriately belonged on the other board.

Good advice, too!
