You’re right on, Michael. I’ve use Carleton’s techniques for almost 20 years. It’s good stuff if you put it to work.

I am a stock broker and live in the Denver area. With out a
doubt, more of my clients who are very wealthy did it via
real estate than any other method. I bought the C.S. course
recently and I am just curious if there is anyone else out
there in the Denver area who has purchased it and had
success. I would love to hear what anyone has to say. Does
it matter that r.e. is quite high out here? Thanks

Hello Alex,
Always keep in mind that when
comparing the value of real estate in your area with
other areas is not really an issue. If your interested
in just investing in one area than the rents are
always going to reflect the market and the other
like properties. The average rent in Boston at
this time is around $1800 for a one bedroom and
there is not many vacant apartments to go around.
If your area has high prises that means there
high for everyone so all the people renting out
properties are all going to rent based on what the
whole market is doing at any given time. You just
have to throw yourself in the mix.
