Would like to get together with other CS students in the
Orlando area who are confident they can do it, but need others to help.
My expertise and resources are in the physical aspects of rehab and curb appeal. Have truck, tools, and am creative in low cost fix-up solutions. Other resources include unlimited cell phone time, computer, fax, and answering machine.
Need bud who is more comfortable in financial areas, and another who has time (maybe semi-retired, etc,) who prefers to track down possible properties.
We don’t have to partner on properties; I would be glad to help you look over and estimate property needs for the privledge of having you explain how the deal goes down.
