I don’t think he is a McCorkle because (1) he has been around a lot longer and (2) I have both Sheets and McCorkle’s courses and Sheets is much better and much higher quality. This big difference between Sheets and McCorkle is that McCorkle lied. He promised refunds he didn’t deliver and he promised to partner with people which he did not.

How do we know CS is not another sales con artist like William McCorkle? How does one go verifying the authenticity of his student interview tapes etc. Are they just more actors hired by Carlton Sheet to lure us into buying his program so he can get rich off us and NOT off his Real Estate ventures? Is there an government agency that can check him out?
Just looking out for myself and all those beginners like me.

You don’t need to know if the people on tv were actors or not. It doesn’t matter. I’v talked to lots of people on this site that got there start from his course. Today they are doing well in this biz. You could do better than CS course but not for his price. From what I hear it’s a good place to BEGIN.
