Join an rei club, visit this site daily, and use that $2400.00 to buy properties with. I went through the coaching program. Can’t knock it totally, but it was not nearly worth $2400 to me.

I purchased C.Sheets program a few months ago and received a phone call promoing a Coaching program they offer for $2400.00. Someone stays with you and coaches you for 7 to 8 months, helping you make decisions and buy properties. Has anyone ever participated in this? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Find a good, experienced Real Estate agent who belives in you and have THEM coach you as you use that $2400 to buy an options or make deals with motivated sellers. The R.E. pro will make a commission, that will motivate them to help you, particularly if you offer to give them a listing when you are ready to sell. They also have access to MLS listings, know helpfull lenders AND THEY KNOW THE LOCAL MARKET.
