The only course I have bought is Carlton Sheets and I would highly recommend it. Who cares if some people feel “pressured” to sign up for the mentor program. If you don’t want it, just say no.

Do you think it would be a better learning tool to get Carlton Sheets for a newbie or William Bronchick?
I can only buy one - not sure which.
thanks

To me this is like comparing apples to organes. they are both fruit, but with different flavors. Carlton Sheets is a basic course designed to get you started and familiar with Real Estate. Bronchick is a little more advanced and specialized.

Bronchick’s material is top notch. I feel it is far better than Sheet’s and you won’t be pressured into a $5k + mentorship.

Thanks John! I appreciate that. I hear nothing but the greatest reviews about Bronchick. I look forward to learning his material.
Thanks again, Laney
