WHY???
What is in Maine that isn’t in any other state pertaining to real estate?
Do people live there? Do people own real estate there? Do people get divorces there? Do people get into financial problems there? Do people lose jobs there? Do people get transfered to other areas or states there?
I’ve never been to Maine, but my guess is the answer to all those questions is YES! Then guess what? Carleton Sheets and most every other creative real estate program will work there too!
The question isn’t whether Carleton Sheets or any other creative real estate program would work in Maine. The question is, can YOU work in Maine???
