Does anyone know of a lender who is willing to finance a property if there is an agreement made between the seller and the buyer to give the buyer money upon closing for repairs or upgrades? In this situation, the buyer would buy the property at the appraised value instead of the list price. This allows the buyer to leave the table with the difference in cash since they are buying the property at a higher price than it was actually listed for.
