I have a question regarding investor property. I’m buying a three family for 97,500 and asking for 10,000 back at closing. My attorney has arranged a side agreement that is not going to be included in the P&S agreement. It is only between the seller and buyer and the underwriters have no idea that this is happening or do I want them to know.Is this legal or not? The seller attorney saying this is illegal? Any help would be graetly appreciated.
