What are the best ways to go out and make some cash next month. I don’t want to own rental property. I want to generate a lump sum of cash right now. What can I do? What are the best strategies to do this?
I have been succesful with brokering notes but motivated note sellers are difficult to locate. I understand they sell for their own reasons and that it is a relationship business so I continue to periodically remind them of my service through marketing my database. I am very interested in working with FSBOs to help them structure seller-financed notes as well.
Would an Experienced Real Estate Investor please direct me to the best strategies to generate lump sums of cash in Real Estate. I don’t want to be a Real Estate Agent.
What type of deals should I be looking for?
How can I earn $5k per deal or more?

Find a house worth 100K and get it under contract for 50K. I will give you 5K cash to assign the contract to me.
