Still looking for a cash out commerical loan with 74%ltv. Need 55k cash out on cap value of 535k/apprais - 540k Loan needed is 390-400k - 9.25%amort @ 20yrs with balloon in 7yrs- Dont want to sell unit - Located next to a hospital site - will turn it to all medical professional (5 units currently medical) in 20 months.This is a good one -would like ideas on getting cash on this
