I recently ran across an REO with a bad cat urine smell. The realtor suggested wearing a respirator when entering. I’m new at this, so I froze on it, and now it’s under contract to someone else! Lesson learned.
Anyway, I thought I should learn what can be done about this kind of problem. Steve Cook mentioned a bacteria you can buy at janitorial supply companies that will “eat up” the animal urine/feces. He said that the name has a letter and a number in it. Has anyone used this product? What is the exact name, and how did it work for you?
What are some other ways to solve a cat urine problem?
Thanks!
