CFD in Pennsylvania - Posted by Tom PA

Tom & Melanie,

I used to live in PA. I would NEVER sell on a CFD, although there’s nothing wrong with buying CFD. If you sell CFD, you’ll have to foreclose if the buyer defaults…it could take up to 2 years to get them out while you’re paying the mortgage for them. Only sell on a lease option

Does anyone know where I can find the PA code as it relates to CFD? I have searched online with no luck and really don’t want to make a trip to the law library just to find it (although I will if necessary).

Specifically, I am trying to determine if there are any advatages to selling on a CFD in PA. Such as not having to go through foresclosure if they are less than 20% equity, etc…

Thanks in advance.

Hi Tom,sorry I can’t help you with your question. I was glad to see someone from PA on here. I don’t know anyone around here doing this. Feel free to email me.
