BTW, we are going to offer a flat listing fee for full service sales of $2500 (+ buyer agent fee). I don’t know of anyone else in the area offering deals this low. Sure, there are FSBO listing sites that list your property in MLS, etc. but we offer all the services of a full service brokerage, such as lockbox, measuring property, negotiating offers, scheduling inspections, closing assistance, etc.
