Thanks for the offer! That’s an idea although I definately didn’t want to drive that far and then get on a plane.

I just wanted to know if any other airlines had a discount deal to this convention. I will call around and see what kind of prices I get. I will post back if anyone else is interested.

Anyone have any info on cheap flights to the Dallas convention serving the NJ/NY area?

Unfortunately, Southwest does not fly out of NJ or NY.

I used to fly in and out of NY and there are no cheap flights going there. I would recommend driving to a place where you can pick up a cheaper airline and fly from there. Baltimore or Philadelphia would be good if you have the time to do so. If you decide to do so you can leave your car or something at my place to avoid paying for parking. Just a suggestion.

Can you get a cheap fare to Atlanta ?

Does AirTran fly into NYor NJ ?

I have booked my tickets through Airtran and they cost be $97 each way. After taxes and so forth, the total was $206 roundtrip from Atlanta.
