Find a investor friendly Title Company in your area that can pull Title Chains quickly for you. They generally charge a fee for something like that unless you do enough business with them to where they will waive the fee. It generallly takes 24 hours to do but in some cases it can take up to a week. I am in the Dallas area. If you cannot find anyone in your area I have heard of a company out of houston that might help you out. I have never used them though so I cannot vouch for the kind of service they do or do not provide. Check out http://www.newhorizonhouston.com/

I am new in foreclosure investment.I like to know how do I make sure that the property I want to bid in the trustee auction/travis county,Texas is clear tittle from IRS lien and bankcrupcy?
Is there a place online where I can check or mus I go to county office to check records?
