Taking my preforeclosure biz up north to chicago from St. Louis starting this winter…I know…I know…what a perfect time to head north. But nonetheless, it’s happening. I would like to get started prospecting the areas I want to focus on. Where’s the best place to get a Preforeclosure list in Chicago or NOD list? Or is it best to join a site and get the info? I would rather use a listing local to Chicago. THanks
