The exact name of the course was “The Lazy Way To Buy Real Estate”. He also had another one called “The ABZ’s of Buying Property”. Then in the mid 90’s he produced a computer software program for creative real estate.

He used to have a course called the Lazy man’s way to get rich. Some of the things Joe Kaiser does reminds me of John. He was on the circuit in the 80’s but sticks close to home now.
