I live in a neighborhood that has been going down in value for the past 3-5 years. As a matter or fact, most parts of the entire county in which I live are depreciating in value.
Would it be wise to invest in such an area? I have the courage and excitement to get started in RE investing. However, I am not sure if I should focus on some other county that is close to my county or my own county. Please help!
