I just read an article about a city ordinance that will not allow 2nd story floors to be rented as private apartments.This is in the main part of the city,because of less than ample parking and more children playing in the downtown area.It is something that I never thought about.Perhaps this is old hat but I thought I would share it anyway.

It is by Cleve. O. I thought of alot of other places though around the U.S.to possibly check before you buy.Maybe this is the only place in the WHOLE world that does this.Might not hurt to check.
