The problem I see is most lenders wonder why you have such a high appraisal and a low sales price. Looks like the numbers are being fixed. Try with a lower appraisal see what happens

Ok, having a lot of trouble finding funding for this purchase. No conventional lenders want to go above 90%LTV, private money doesnt want to do it because it’s owner occupied. I’m stuck and know something is available.

555 high pull, with co-borrower scores improve
50%DTI
So any ideas? I wish I had some more experience in MH lending, but I’ve come up short on this one. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
