Use a lawyer till you learn what the process is. It will take a few closings to get familiar with it. I don’t know what your state law says but in NC a lawyer has to be available to answer questions. That has just been changed from a lawyer has to do the closing. Check your state’s laws.

You should also be able to use a title company.
