  2. we generally do it at the house, but denny’s works fine also.
    3)Never tried a flyer for L/O’s
  3. Tenants are optioning from you not purchasing an assignment. The house is yours to do as you wish as long as it is in the aggrement you signed with the seller.

OK HERE IT IS…

BLAH BLAH BLAH NOW I’ VE FOUND A T/B ON MY L/O DEAL (I’LL COME BACK, GIVE ALL DETAILS AFTER CLOSING)( AND CELLEBRATING). WHEN IT COME TO SIGNING WHITH MY BUYERS, I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS.

1ST. DO YOU GUYS FIND THAT IT MATTERS IF THE ORIGINAL BUYER IS PRESENT?

2ND. WHEN THEY(MY BUYERS) HAND ME THE OPTION MONEY, CAN IT BE DONE AT THE HOUSE OR SHOULD IT BE DONE IN ANOTHER PLACE…IE…RENT AN OFFICE.

3RD. SHOULD I HAVE A FLYER TO PRESENT THE HOUSE, OR IS IT NOT REALLY NECESSARY?

4TH. SOMEONE PREVIOUSLY ON THIS SITE SAID THAT IF THEY ASK IF I AM THE OWNER TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE “I HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER” OR “MY COMPANY HAS AN AGREEMENT W. THE OWNER”,THAT’S SOUNDS GOOD BUT…WHEN WE SIGN THE CONTRACT AM I NOT STATING THAT I AM ASSIGNING THE OPTION TO THEM OR HOW SHOULD THE SELLING CONTRACT TO MY L/O BUYERS BE PRESENTED? IE…ASSINGMENT? OPTION ON MY OPTION??

OR JUST LEASE W AN OPTION WITH A CLAUSE THAT MY OPTION MUST CLOSE FIRST?
