I am a newbie also and I started off reading all the RE books I can get my hands on. I have the Carleton Sheet’s course also and I’m on this site at least 20 times a day. I’ve also just recently got my RE license, so I think this gives me a better understanding of the discussions. I would suggest, getting a course and study it. Read everything posted on this site, especially the How-to-Articles. Search the archives also and plug in “getting started”. I just started coming to this site about 2 months ago and I’m ready to start. These are just a few suggestions. Good luck!

after watching an ad like this on tv called no down payment, i decided to give it a try, but i’ve come to the conclusion that i have no idea about what’s going on.all i know is that i want to make money and stop having to live from paycheck to paycheck.PLEASE HELP ME!!!
