Lowes, home depo, most MH supply places, and I’ve seen walmart carry it off and on.

What are you guys/gals who have parks/rentals using to coat/seal your mobile home metal roofs with?

I ran across a product called ‘Sta Kool 770’ at a local hardware, but it’s about $70 for a 5-gallon bucket (2 buckets for 1 layer, 4 buckets for 2 layers for a small mobile.)

White Elastomeric

Stuff is supposed to have a 7-year warranty. Anyone heard of it?

What are you using instead, and how often are you doing it?

We use the plain white koolseal, runs about $50 for 5 gallons does the job with one coat and looks nice. Short of putting on one of the costly rubber roofs, whatever you slather on the roof is going to need redone in a couple years. So why pay more for a little thicker goop that is still going to need redone? Just my 2 cents.
