I am up front about being an investor. If they have a problem with that, they aren’t motivated enough.

for those individuals that still cold call. How is your calling presence, are you up front with the fact that you are an investor that purchases homes. Or do you come across as a regular “homebuyer” with creative tactics?

I realize that may sellers are not comfortably with working with investors, for one reason or other. Just trying to figure out the best intro.
