I have a property that I put under contract to buy on a lease option with a right to assign clause in it. I have a buyer who wants to buy the contract for $5000.00 but do not have the money up front but he qualifies for a loan. Could I have the closing attorney take the money out of his loan and collect my fee when my buyer closes on his loan and do I just give the closing attorney the assignment contract in order for him to pay me?
