Why would you want to do that?

Are you an investor, or are you a landlord or rehabber? Three separate
and totally unrelated businesses, in my view.

If you’re a novice who’s never done any of all three, it’s best you pick
one, with “investor” being the easiest and obvious choice.

Never confuse things by believing investing means “landlording” or
“rehabbing.” Investing has little to do with those things.

I am a novice investor. Just starting the program. Does anyone know about the N. Texas area as far as investing goes. I just heard on the news that investors from California have flooded the market plus there are a lot of scammers out there. I want to succeed, but if the Texas market is flooded with rental property it may be to risky for a beginner. Please any thoughts.

Wanting to find rental properties to invest in and homes to fix up and flip. In the 10 mile area near my home there aren’t many fixer uppers.

Thanks
