Yeah… I looked at it. Worth taking a shot if you want to sell real estate I guess. But why do you need to do that? They really seem to be concentrated in the midwest.

It looks like they do it all. I like the fact you could make money from their realtor business, sell my houses thru their system at a huge discount, and they have a built in partner who buys all kinds of property that I share in. I’m tired of paying 5 and 6% to buy and sell my property. What am I missing?

I called their recruiter, Melinda. There are fees to join the local mls but they are all reimbursed. Need a broker to open the branch though based on state law. Looks like these guys do it all. Money from realty business, buying sf homes and rehabbing them, and money for buying large deals such as hotel and apartments thru various partnerships. I was looking for a catch but cant find one. They only hire go getters from the sounds of it. Have you looked at their site? Thoughts?
