I am curious about you mike, have you picked up the phone and actually cold called a seller yet? Have you bought a single beginning course, (with the phone script you need) or gone to the library and read EVERYTHING they have on REI?

Hello people!
I am curious about the testimonials on the C.S. infomercial.
How do those people seem to find multiple deals all on one street. Their was one person who said he got cash back on every deal he did. HOW??? It seems to me that the whole concept is based on finding home sellers that want to practically give their home away. I may be looking at this wrong but that’s the way my mind is sifting the info. Can a low life such as myself by a multi-unit with no money or credit? 3+ units???
