Has anybody attended a seminar by either Wright Thurston (the Millionaire Retreats) or Peter Conti and David Finkle? I am looking for the best one for information and detail rather than a sales pitch for more courses. In particular I’m interested in something geared towards larger multi-family units. (I have purchased both “Diamonds in the Rough” and “How to Buy Apartment Buildings…”) There is nothing wrong with promoting yourself and your products, but who can afford to take the time and money to travel to the wrong one!

My experience, by the way is with neither of those you mentioned, however, if it is FREE go. Yes they will be selling their course and they will push it hard. However they may give you a fresh idea, or just some motivation. Either way it’s free so you can’t loose.
