I found a property with a house and a bar.How do I finance this? Commercial or a Home loan? There are no zoning laws in the county. I have little liquid assests to use for down payment.

It’s use is for retail sales there fore it will be a commercial loan. Unless you want to rip out all of the bar fixtures and cooling units turning it back into a residential use property then you could get residential financing.
