Hi Ray,
We are ready to go the next step and acquire commercial real estate. We have
residential rental property we have managed and we would like to find a piece
of commercial real estate to do a 1031 exchange. We are planning to start
talking w/commercial real estate brokers. We are interested in buying income
producing properties but on a larger scale than single family homes. Any
advice for someone going from residential to commercial? Thanks, Ray!
