The building is a restauraunt on its way out of business. The building is huge though and could

Commercial Real Estate sit. - Posted by Warren Keldsen

OK here is the situation.
I have little experience with commercial real estate
but a frined of mine is selling a property right off of the
interestate in Wyoming for $650,000. The property
is appraised at $750,000(market appraisal) and is in a
small town of about 6500 people. I have an option on this property for the under market price but I have no idea on
how to market a piece of commercial real estate like this
Anyone have any experience or suggestions that would
be of help they would be deeply appreciated. (I love this
site)

Not knowing what kind of commercial property it is make it a little tuff to suggest a marketing plan. Needless to say find those users of this type of property and sell them on the benefits. Motel, Truckstop, vacant land or occupied business?
