Good point! I have actually been selling things off to make cash flow better now, thinking, when things go well I can do what I want. I have 2 vans (1 for work) and 2 cars and will sell at least one if not two of them. I have 2 stereos, so one can go, and 2 tvs (1 kinda expensive), so one can go, etc. Lighten the load and run lean

Boston is my ALL time favorite band and I recieved free tickets to their concert here in St. Louis a few weeks back. I have never been able to see them in concert. Just received my RE club newsletter today. Meeting on same night at same time with Scott Rister as speaker speaking about the same thing I want to learn about. This hurts, but, REI has to come first, especially as a new guy.

Make some good money in real estate and then you can afford to travel to the next concert.

Makes cents to me,

Greg

Yes, the Real Estate is what is going to make you big money, not attending some concert.
