I am a new investor. I found a distressed property. All it needs is Some exterior cosmetics to force the value up. But I don’t how to get a comparative market analysis to see if its worth my time or not. Any advice on how I can get a Comparative Market Analysis on this property??

While these are not comps, they have information that is informative about asking prices in an area: www.realtor.com . These are most of the properties currently listed for sale on the MLSs. You can put in a city or zip code and get them.

If you cant get an agent to run comps for you try these sites, www.netronline.com, www.homeradar.com.

They may be of some help to you.
