I have a Lonnie-dealer in one of my parks—enough deals for both of us-I do worry about him raising my cost of homes by bidding against me though

I drove through one of my first parks today and noticed that their were 4 or 5 homes for sale. Two of these seemed to be owned by the same person and was offering to finance the deal. My question is, what type of competition do you guys have doing Lonnie deals in your parks? Are you the only one doing them or do you have to compete with other Lonnie Dealers for the homes you purchase. Thanks for any advice!
