I am looking at a few houses but not sure how to find out:

actual property value

cost of repairs

comps? price of compareable homes in the area?

What is the best way to find out this kind of info?

To find true comps you will need to sign up for a service that will pull MLS data. This is not cheap.

There are free services, not always up to date and they are limited where you can do searches.

But who is best to used depends upon where you live. Where I live the free services are worthless.
