Bill,
I saw an article recently that has OKC MLS info for the general public with a lag time of only a few hours (the biggest problem with realtor.com and other sites). I looked on the site once since it was introduced a few months ago, and it was like a MLS lite, but still better than most sites. When I get back to my home pc I will send it to you.

for MLS, why don’t you contact a realtor? I don’t know of any other way to tap this reasource.
