Goto the section called, “Title advantage” and sign up for an account. (It is FREE).
Then you have free access to comps and other info.
But, do not rely solely on octitle for your info.
somtimes it is flawed and incorrect.
Perhaps do a drive of the area and get other homes as well, then run comps on those.
You will then know which homes are what characteristics, and be able to sue recent sales data better.
