Does anyone know of comp websites? What is the best way to find comps? How do I find out the value of a property if its a FSBO, would I have to do an appraisal?

They may not necessarily be perfect but at least you will get a general idea of property value.

I used online “appraisal opinion” that guesstimates pretty closely.
