Hello,
I have been reading this board for a few weeks. I am a rental real estate investor with 16 properties, and I have invested in partial purchase notes for the past 7 years with a partner. I purchased Lonnie’s books 2 years ago and have been fascinated, but I am just now planning to venture vigorously into mobile home financing. I now have a partner with excellent sales skills who has been learning about mobile homes and financing. I am interested in learning about the software that many of you use to follow your mobile home investments. For my rental properties, I have special software which tracks each rental, including payments, repairs, and other expenses. There is not, however, an amortization function. Is there a program which accurately follows payments on the mobile homes. I am now ordering the Ernest Tew book and will be executing lease purchase agreements.
Thank you for your input,
John TX
