Look into Notesmith Pro. I have it and it works well when you learn how to set up the basic info on the notes. Recording payments and producing correspondence are two easy to use features. I think it was about $400.

Hello–Anyone know how I can get a program that will figure out notes, early payoffs, amortization tables, discounts, etc.? I use an HP-12c but want a program for my laptop. Thanks. Art

I asked a similar question on the MH board, and Lonnie suggested I try T-Value software. I haven’t yet, but he said it works well for him.
