We are seriously thinking of converting our triple decker to condos, and was trying to look for the article/note from Jim Rayner on the subject - www.creonline.com/commercial-real-estate/wwwboard5/messages/1435.html - but seems that it has been moved? Would appreciate it if someone could assist us.

We’re in Boston, and was wondering how and where we should start this conversion process. Thanks!

Both links work – I just tried them myself. And if you add Jim Rayner’s name to the search string along with condo conversions, you’ll get more.
