I keep having to peace the pipe togher at juncions. Iwas about to replace it all toghter. So please let me know what Ican do to get the pipe replaced.

I have been told that time has run out I dont qulify but the adds on tv put me in the range to qulify. how do I apply for replasment ?

I have a 1989 siglewide mobil home that has pb pipe that are breaking all the time and steady leaking causing floor problems and such,do i qulify for replacement?
